Led by our founders Dr Rob Moodie & Lucia Labouchere, our coaches come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, giving subject matter expertise to the industry or location in which the programme is being delivered.
University of Melbourne
Rob Moodie is a Professor of Public Health at the University of Melbourne’s School of Population and Global Health, and Professor of Public Health at the College of Medicine, University of Malawi. He was trained in medicine and public health and worked in refugee health in the Sudan with SCF and MSF, and in central Australia with Aboriginal community-controlled health services.
LL Consulting
Lucia is a leadership coach working internationally with private clients and organizations, creating and facilitating workshops and running one to one coaching programs. She has a post graduate diploma in psychotherapy and is an International Coach Federation accredited coach and mentor coach. She is also currently studying for a MSc in Organisational Psychology.
